On the eve of 10th International Day of Yoga-2024 our college organized Workshop on Emerging trends in Yoga on 21st June 2024 at Mathrushree D. Rathnamma Heggade Auditorium. Dr, John Ebnezar, MBBS, DNB, Orthodepic Surgeon, Parimala Health Care Services, Bangaluru, Padmashri Awardee delivered a talk on Yoga Therapy for Orthopedic Disorders. Dr. K B Lingegowda, MBBS, MD, FIPM, Vice Chancellor, Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher education (Deemed to be University), Tumkur, Karnataka delivered a talk on Role of Yoga in Palliative Care. In the afternoon session, oral presentation competitions were held for UG and PG students of various Naturopathy and Yoga colleges. Dr. Kruthika Rama Swamy and Mr. Santhosh G N bagged the best paper award in the PG and UG sections, respectively.
