The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit and Red Cross Wing of our college organised Blood donation camp on April 18, 2024, in collaboration with Wenlock Hospital Mangalore. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Ashok, Medical Officer, from Wenlock Hospital.Dr. Prashanth Shetty, Principal, SDMCNYS, was present in the programme and delivered an address on the importance of blood donation. A total of 84 units of blood were collected from the NSS volunteers and others.
