2nd NATIONAL NATUROPATHY DAY

SDM College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences and Indian Naturopathy and Yoga graduates association(INYGMA)  jointly celebrated 2nd Naturopathy Day at Amruthavarshini, Dharmasthala on 18th November 2019.

Dr. C N Manjunath, Director, Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Science & Research, Bangalore was the Chief Guest of the function, delivered the motivational speech & said; doctors must strive to serve the patients with humanity & smiling face. Serving the patients is akin to serving the almighty. Apart from various systems of medicine that they have specialized in such as allopathic, homeopathy or Naturopathy, doctors first show sympathy to their patients which will help put them on an accelerated path of recovery.

Dr. D Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari, Sri Kshethra Dharmasthala & Chief Patron, INYGMA in his presidential remarks advised people to be the boss & not slave their senses. A person who can master his senses will lead a healthy life, he also said, adding that people should strive to lead a balanced life by adapting noble thoughts in their lives.

Dr. Naveen K V, President, Indian Naturopathy & Yoga Graduates Medical Association (R.), gave an introductory speech about the Naturopathy day celebration. Dr. Shridhar Bhat, Joint Director, AYUSH Department, addressed the gathering.

Smt. Hemavathi V. Heggade, Trustee Shanthivana Trust ®, Sri. D. Harshendra Kumar, Secretary, SDME Society®, Smt. Supriya Harshendra Kumar, and Dr. B. Yashovarma, Secretary, SDME Society ® were present over the function.

Dr. Prashanth Shetty, Principal & Chief Medical Officer, SDM College of Naturopathy & Yogic Science & Hospital & General secretary, Indian Naturopathy & Yoga Graduates Medical Association (R.) welcomed the gathering. 

Many Naturopathy and Yoga graduates, students of different Naturopathy and Yoga colleges of Karnataka, and Sadhakas of SDM Nature Cure Hospital, Dharmasthala participated in the program.
